1. General

By booking an appointment with Luxe Brow, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and respectful experience for all clients and staff.

2. Services

Luxe Brow provides semi-permanent eyebrow nanoblading and related cosmetic tattooing services. All procedures are performed by trained professionals in accordance with Queensland Health’s infection control guidelines.

3. Eligibility

Services are available to individuals of all ages.

Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Luxe Brow reserves the right to decline service if a treatment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client.

4. Health & Safety

Luxe Brow complies with Queensland Health’s infection control standards for personal appearance services.

All equipment is sterilised or single-use.

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or recent cosmetic procedures prior to treatment.

Luxe Brow reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service if a client presents with active skin irritation, illness, or contraindications.

5. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $99 is required to confirm all appointments.

The remaining balance is payable in full on the day prior to the scheduled service.

Luxe Brow only accepts payment via bank transfer or cash.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the appointment.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled once if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Luxe Brow reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including health or operational issues.

7. Results & Expectations

Results may vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance.

Luxe Brow makes no guarantees regarding the longevity or exact appearance of results.

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.

8. Liability

Luxe Brow is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Clients agree to release Luxe Brow from any claims arising from the elective nature of cosmetic tattooing services.

9. Privacy

Client information is collected solely for treatment and booking purposes and is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

Luxe Brow does not share personal data with third parties without consent.
